Two additional Asymptomatic COVID-19 Testing Centre locations open
McMaster is opening two additional Asymptomatic COVID-19 Testing Centre locations at the Ron Joyce Centre in Burlington and the David Braley Health Sciences Centre in downtown Hamilton for students, faculty members and staff beginning September 20th. Students, faculty members and staff with MacID who are not fully vaccinated and required to take a rapid antigen COVID-19 tests to obtain clearance in MacCheck to attend a McMaster location have the option to receive their test at any of the three locations.
McMaster’s three Asymptomatic COVID-19 Testing Centre locations include the centre on campus (Room 311, MUSC), the testing centre at the Ron Joyce Centre (Room 126), and the testing centre at David Braley Health Sciences Centre (Room 1016). The Ron Joyce Centre and David Braley COVID-19 Asymptomatic Testing Centre locations are open for limited hours throughout the week.
These centres are only for those with MacID, who do not have symptoms, and are seeking a rapid test for clearance to access a McMaster location (green checkmark in MacCheck), and the centre is not available for those seeking tests for travel reasons.
Please do not attend an Asymptomatic COVID-19 Testing Centre if you fail your health screening in MacCheck.
